016 Systems Are The Vehicle To Your Goals

In this week's mindset boost, I get super nerdy and geek out on systems!  In this episode, we cover: A must-read- Atomic Habits by James Clear Systems build security and confidence and provide all the answers we are looking for in our business From the time someone connects with you there are 8-10 systems you need.  Gut check time- do you have these systems?  Here is the cold truth- If you run a business and want to grow your sales, you can’t afford NOT to have systems.    What is your system when someone connects with in your DM? What is your system when someone fills out a lead form? What’s your system to track and measure your leads? What is your system when to get hem to have a convo with you? What is your system during that convo-  Yes, you need a system on communication ! What is your system after your conversation?  What is your system for following up? What is your system to onboard a new client? Hey listen, if you are like oh crap I don’t have these systems don’t panic.  You have gotten this far in your business because what you do have is working. It’s when you want to scale or grow your income that the awareness of the lack of systems becomes so prevalent.
