016 - Why You Should Show Up

In this episode, I talk about the importance of showing up. It is a lesson I learned while taking piano lessons. Showing up unprepared is not good, but not showing up and not being prepared is worse. Today, I give just a few reasons why you should keep showing up to the things you have committed to.1) Showing up is a chance to improve. 2) Time is a limited resource. 3) Embarrassment is not a good reason to stay home. 4) Showing up is an energy boost. 5) You need to honor your commitments. 6) Do the work.
