Are you slowing your progress down by trying to do it all yourself? So, similarly to us not wanting to pay for things that will speed up our tasks early on in our business - like automations, and better software, and paid advertising… Many of us fall into the same trap - not wanting to outsource or hire help early on in our business. Because it is "cheaper" and "easier" if we do it ourselves. And that is where we need to investigate and examine what "cheaper" and "easier" really means.
