017: Preserving Our Memories

On today's episode, we talk briefly about preserving the memories of our loved ones. I wanted to incorporate this episode before we move into a heavier topic next week. When we begin to dream about the ones we lost perhaps that is a nudge to create or preserve the memories of the loved ones that are still alive. In fact, I've started taking pictures of my daughter every week that I plan to print and put into a book for her next Christmas. This will give us a year in review and I'm going to start writing her letters or send her cards so she will always have something tangible to hold on to from me that she can read or look at when she misses me.  It's also a good way for her children to hear my voice once I'm gone.    Thanks so much for listening.
