018: Codependency & How Shame Thrives in Secrecy with Mai Sirry

In this episode I interview my dear friend and fellow practitioner Mai Sirry. She takes us into a much deeper and better understanding of what codependency is. Mai is a writer and shadow work advocate. She is a student at the Jung Institute in Zurich and is about to start her Master in Neuroscience at the University of Geneva. Mai's passion is bridging different topics from the sciences, spiritual traditions and ancient mythologies. She takes a lot of inspiration from her native Egypt as well as from different cultures across the world. I really adore her and her work. Mai and I have met 3 years ago at the Completion Process Practitioner Training with the wonderful Teal Swan. We instantly had this very deep  and genuine connection and have been friends ever since. One of the things that we both are very passionate about is the many topics of relationships.
