Subversive means to undermine an established system. The established culture that we bow to is one of little rest. In fact, if you don't rest, you will probably be celebrated. This exists both inside and outside the church.  In this episode, Alan explores the depths of Sabbath with author A.J. Swoboda. A.J. challenges cultural expectations and dysfunction surrounding the sabbath and offers insight and rhythms to help leaders break free from our restlessness, into a life of rest and health.
