019 Are Trends Important?

Do you pay attention to trends? Leading on from last week's episode on personal style, we take it one step further and discuss whether paying attention to trends is worthwhile or a waste of time. Whether its fashion cycling through the decades, music trends swinging between indie guitar bands, divas and boy bands and our more recent obsessions with proper coffee and artisan gin we can't deny that trends play a huge part in all our lives. But does following trends lead to happiness or heartache? Join Lea & Sam where we'll be sharing our favourite (or most memorable trends that we bought into when growing up, and trends that we really don't like now.
