#019 - Ray Murphy

Ray Murphy talks about the effects of trauma stacking & his journey to finding healing from a life of traumatic events. From a violent childhood to numerous deaths of loved ones while base jumping, Ray found traditional therapy methods weren't working. After the loss of a mentor, it pushed him to fly to Costa Rico and during Ayahuasca retreat he was able to breakthrough his deep seated trauma. Now Ray is advocating for this treatment for veterans and police officers with his organization, warriors healing network.
