Marques Houston was a key member of the musical group IMMATURE, then IMX, and played Roger Evans on the long running television series SISTER, SISTER.  Marques has taken his career into being a business mogul, producer, writer, AND actor with a new film out today on Tubi, HOWARD HIGH. Lubie talks with Marques about his new drama musical centered on the world of the performing arts.  Marques discusses how "Howard High" attempts to demonstrate how important the performing arts are for kids and how society is trying to extinguish them.
