02 | Content to Clients: My 2026 Plan

from Content Built THIS Podcast · host Leeon George/ The Content Magnet

In this episode I'll be sharing my 2026 plan to go from content to clients. But first let’s look at what I’m NOT doing or NOT focusing on this year. I really assessed what area of my marketing didn’t make sense orI don’t enjoy and produces little results for me or where I want to go andbased on this I decided to deactivate my LinkedIn because I honestly hated thisplatform for years and spent so much time trying to convert my IG posts into“professional posts” for LinkedIn when the reality is.. I like the rawauthentic unedited stories on IG and reels that I can create quickly so this iswhat I’ll be focusing on this year.  I also am letting go (temporarily) my youtube… not because Idon’t love it.. I actually do but because I want to pour more into other thingsand maybe in the second half of the year seek out youtube support that I had inthe past in the form of video recording, video editing, seo etc.  WHERE I’M SHOWING UP:So with that being said, in 2026 these are the platforms I’mgoing hard in..1.      Instagram: I’m going to commit to batching 3-5content pieces each week2.      Podcast: I’m aiming to stay committed to 3-4times a week episodes each month.3.      Email: This is mainly going to be repurposed IGposts and podcast promos but eventually I’d like to do email specific contentbut not right now.  WHAT I’M SELLINGWhat I teach is that you should have a main 1:1 or groupoffer and everything you do should lead to it or sell it directly. So going into the year, my main 2 offers are my ContentRetainer Service and The Ultimate Content Academy. I want to experiment a bit this year with some fun free eventsand low cost events so for my Content Retainer Service, I’ll do a Workshop(Content to Clients Workshop) then funnel persons into the Content RetainerService. And for my Academy, I want to do a fun 5 day contentchallenge in April then funnel those participants into my Academy. This year I’ll also be bringing back some limited PrivateCoaching slots by mid-yearAnd in the last quarter, I’ll have another launch for theAcademy This year I also want to wind down early so I plan my offersin a way where the last 2 weeks in December I’ll be completely off.  Lastly, what am I saying in my content to sell it:1.      No more teaching and I’m sharing perspectivesinstead2.      No boring testimonials- I’m sharing personal andclient journeys instead3.      No more one dimensional coach – I’m choosingareas in my personal life to share (e.g. Jesus dates, Solo Dates, Sister Dates)Sign up for the Content Workshop: https://thecontentmagnet.co/workshop/Join Content Retainer Service: https://thecontentmagnet.co/retainer/Join The Ultimate Content Academy: https://thecontentmagnet.co/academy/LINKS:Amazon Storefront: https://amzn.to/4b94DzzEmail list: https://dashboard.mailerlite.com/form...Instagram: instagram.com/thecontentmagnet/Website: https://thecontentmagnet.co/For business collabs and speaking opportunities: [email protected]
