[gradually building background noise] [spoken loudly over the noise] When you need some quiet today, listen to that impulse and take a break from the noise. [deep inhale and exhale] Today’s challenge is to turn off one (just one) notification on your phone. I highly recommend the little red bubble on your email saying you have 2,434 unread emails. I think you’ll find it easier to focus on your work and the people around you when you’re not distracted and overwhelmed.
