#020 Loving Your Life in the Toughest of Circumstances with Desiree Probolsky

Desiree Probolsky is a medical mom and a special needs mom. Her son, Asher,  was born with a major heart defect. It took two open heart surgeries to save his life. He developed "normally" and then had a major regression at 20 months old, and soon after was diagnosed with severe nonverbal autism.Desiree and I talk about how she halted her suffering by realizing that God doesn't make mistakes.  She came to believe that Asher is as he's meant to be. With this shift in belief, she was finally able see her child and to celebrate everything about him. To see miracles and joy from a different perspective and the power in every single day with this child.Desiree helps special needs moms and medical moms find their joy while honoring their grief. She helps them uncover the thoughts and beliefs holding them back  so they can design a life they love.
