We exist in a constant state of global unrest whether we are impacted by it directly or indirectly. While we cannot control the war outside of us we can actively and diligently create peace inside of us. But first, we must ask ourselves what peace looks like for us. What does it feel,taste and smell like to our mind,body and essence? Can we allow conflict between these parts and surrender to their duality?
