They also discuss how drivers on a rideshare platform may have handled the situation. The Dispatcher wants to know a little more about the guys. Thomas reveals how he deals with viewpoints from customers that do not agree with his own. Taxi David talks about allowing two strangers to share the cab against his better judgement. After the boys plant a couple of earworms in the listeners minds, The Dispatcher brings us to a couple of gear grinders. Taxi David gripes about a customer who hijacked too much of his time, and Thomas talks about a customer who falsely accused him of inappropriate negotiations. The episode ends with a few (lame) rather childish knock-knock jokes.
