021: Fawk the Funk

HELLO HELLOOOOO It feels good to be back on the mic chatting with you boo thangs! This episode is real talk chat about being in the funk of it all because babe, I'M IN IT I feel it. I am working through it and I wanted to record this episode in hopes of it landing as a form of permission to give yourself grace and what that can look like in the daily life of it all.
