021 - Jay Perrier

The fallout of the 2021 Royal Rumble was plentiful, and here to decipher the goings on of the WWE's free-for-all spectacle is Loyalty Entertainment Group founder and HUGE wrestling fan Jay Perrier. We start by talking all things squared circle: Vince McMahons $1 Billion sale to NBC Universal's Peacock, the fan-free experience, watching wrestling with your kids, Charley Caruso, and the 24/7 title and its remaining appeal. We then break down the Royal Rumble: the lack of intrigue remaining in the women's tag team division, what's next for Drew McIntyre after ousting Goldberg, the women's rumble and how Bianca Belair vs Sasha Banks is likely on the horizon, who the fuck is Bad Buddy and why is he here, the handcuff botch of the century in the Roman Reigns vs Kevin Owens match, and the men's rumble and what happens next with Edge's incredible start to finish victory. We also sprinkle in some fun conversation regarding Baron Corbin & what makes a good heel, the development of AEW, bringing life back to kayfabe, factions vs solo stars, and WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE MIZ!? Jay is the host of the talk show "Loyalty's Let's Talk" due for a reboot here soon in early 2021. Jay is a guy with a huge heart who brings our community together through music and art. His love for wrestling has always been one of my favorite things about this guy, and to have him share some of his personal match going experiences was a treat. Thanks for joining me brother, see you on the road to Wrestlemania!
