Alicia is a DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula, and soon-to-be certified breastfeeding specialist who supports families throughout Central New York. As a doula, Alicia is there to support and empower her clients throughout their journey by providing them with access to a variety of tools and resources so they can make the most informed decisions that are best for their needs. During our conversation, we discuss what a doula is, the difference between a doula and a midwife, we dive deep into the topic of postpartum depression, and how it looks different for everyone.
