He has worked with a huge range of clients from mums, dads, business owners, teachers, dentists, to professional athletes, actors and celebrities. In that time his role has changed from a Personal Trainer who helps people get in shape, to a coach who works with busy, high performing people to upgrade how they look, feel and perform in all areas of their lives.
