022 — Why Relying On Your Feelings Will Disappoint You

If we obeyed every feeling we've ever had, we'd be in a pretty terrible state. Yes, feelings are useful as warning signs and indicators that help guide us through life. But the key is to listen and observe them, but not necessarily obey them every time they speak.   This podcast explores the ups and downs of feelings and why you cannot always rely on them.
