Her sleep program is rooted in the RIE® Approach and Regulatory Theory.   Eileen has been referred to as; "The Brene Brown of Sleep of Consultants." Sleep is a side effect of a safe, nurturing environment that values this basic human need. Peaceful sleep evolves out of the secure functioning relationship with the parents. Eileen has shared her expertise with local hospitals and pediatricians at Boulder Community Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Avista Adventist Hospital, and Denver's Lutheran Medical Center as well as various health and wellness publications.
