023 How I Became Convinced That NLP Worked

from Unlocking Possibilities with NLP · host Sarah Fletcher

Back in 2003 a colleague suggested that I go on NLP training to help with my teaching skills. Many of my classes were very challenging and I wanted skills to help my students with confidence, self esteem and self belief. At the time my own mental health was suffering and I was struggling with being a new parent and I had recently lost my father suddenly. Like many people who embark on personal development journeys, I didn't really know what to expect. All I knew was that I was desperate to feel better and I wanted to learn more skills to help in my work.Listen to this episode to find out what happened for me when I first discovered NLP I'd love for you to come on over to my free Unlocking Possibilities facebook community. Join herehttps://www.facebook.com/groups/unlockpossibilitiesand sign up for my free short video sharing NLP and how it has the potential to change your life Sign up herehttps://sarahfletcher.simplero.com/freenlp
