Send us Fan Mail#023: Did your parents or teachers ever teach you how to process and learn from your own mistakes? Did they tell you how to own your mistakes? Even better, did your parents ever tell you that you were a mistake? Going off the theme of the previous episode of being a total failure, this episode’s about how we learn from mistakes, professional and personal. If you can break down a particular example of a great success as being a complex series of events and factors, then the same might apply for a great failure or mistake. That’s why it’s important to recognize when we’ve made mistakes, find out the cause, break them down, and then learn from them so we make better decisions in the future. This is a typical self-development topic but it’s my take, in my own voice, with my experiences and my personality type and upbringing. One mistake I make is thinking I’ve learned all that I need to learn; that makes it less likely to notice when there’s something I’ve missed! This show is continually a work in progress, as am I, so if you have leet tips, ideas, resources that are relevant to any of my topics please send them my way! Email me at [email protected]. As always, if you enjoy the content, please sub and leave a 5-Star rating so others can find it! Thank you hard! Support the show
