023: Open Heart Era

HELLO HELLOOOO Well if you saw my post on the socials this weekend, I'm officially boo'd up so I am here to chat about what this has looked like for me! I'm a firm believer that being vulnerable helps heal and builds community to I leaned into that truth while I felt all over the place talking about this because it still feels new in the sense that I'm still learning what this chapter looks like in a lot of ways but I will say, it feels pretty damn good to finally be myself while sharing life with someone. So thank you for joining me and I work through the mess and being a safe space for me to share this part of life with you! I hope this episode lands for you in a way that encourages you to open your heart, know your worth and how your connection to self and your body will always be your compass to point you in the right direction.
