Vilas Sastry grew an insurance brokerage firm from scratch to a multi-million dollar operation in just under three years. The now CEO of Aces Dental got his first taste of entrepreneurship when he was still a lad living  in India.  His family decided to go all in on a tomato growing operation which ended up going sideways.  He learned the hard lesson of how unseen market forces can end up costing you your families savings, and if bad enough, the ultimate price.  Another lesson was when he quit his outrageously lucrative first gig due to an unreasonable employer request, only to see on tv that same evening the same employer being hauled off in handcuffs.  Proving once again that if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
