It's so important that you make your life effective for God, because there's so many things in life, and in the world, and in the spirit realm, that are trying to keep you from being effective for God. When you're ineffective, you are lacking purpose, direction, and you don't fulfill the potential that God has put in you.The gifts, the talents, the wisdom, the opportunities, everything in life is waiting for you so that you can be effective for God. And most things in the world are trying to make you ineffective for God's Use, for becoming the fullness of the potential in God that God has placed in you already. So today, decide to be effective for God.Choose to ignore and put away all selfish desires. Crucify your flesh and its desires and wants. Get rid of all doubt, all worry, all fear, all anxiety, all unbelief, and all double-mindedness.Being worldly-minded is the opposite of God's Kingdom, because we need to be so kingdom-minded that we seek first God's Kingdom and His Righteousness. When we put God first, all the things that we need will be added to us by God. So we need to trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not unto our own understanding.In all our ways, we need to acknowledge Him, acknowledge God, and he shall direct our path. If you'll put God first, if you'll trust in The Lord Jesus Christ, if you'll hunger and thirst after His Righteousness, you shall be filled. Every day you have the opportunity to be either effective for God or ineffective for God.It's your choice! The world, the enemy, and people sometimes will desire to keep you from being effective for God. They'll want to hold you back, speak curses over you, or otherwise keep you lower, so they can feel higher.It's your purpose, and your duty, your calling, to be effective for God. When you glorify God with every moment of every day that He has given you, then you can produce a mighty harvest of blessings, of positive things, of fulfillment for God's Kingdom, that He has for you. God has a plan.He's written a book in Heaven outlining what he desires for your life. Now it's up to you to seek God, and ask Him for revelation, by His Holy Spirit, of what is in that book in Heaven for your destiny. So you don't just go about going from one thing to another and fulfilling your life with tedious, menial, meaningless things, but instead seek first His Kingdom and His Righteousness. When you believe upon The Lord Jesus Christ, and you are saved, it sets you on the journey of hungering and thirsting after the knowledge of Him, of who He Is, and of having a daily communion, a daily relationship with Jesus, with Father God through his Son Jesus Christ, who has granted you access by his precious shed blood on The Cross. What an opportunity to have intimacy with Father God, and to spend eternity with Him, and with His Son Jesus Christ, and with the precious Holy Spirit, in Heaven, because it's a free gift. You can't earn it. But when you believe upon The Lord Jesus Christ, and you confess your sins, repent of your sins, and dedicate your life to serving Him and walking with Him, I advise you to maintain that walk each and every day, so that you are effective for God, because there are so many stumbling blocks along the path, so many other paths that go off the main path, and the enemy wants you to be distracted, deceived, and enticed with sins and with selfish desires. Look what he did to Eve and to Adam. About how he put doubt in their minds saying, did God really say? When you come across any person or any event or anything that tries to put doubt in your mind about God, who God is, and that God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him, when you see that doubt coming, you know it comes from the enemy, from the devil, because doubt is the opposite of faith. Fear is the opposite of faith also because doubt opens the door for fear. So, we're to get rid of all doubt, worry, fear, anxiety, unbelief, and all double-mindedness. When you're double-minded, you can't expect to receive anything from God. That's what the book of James talks about.So, the enemy wants you to be double-minded in all your thinking, and in all your ways. He wants you to doubt God, because Hebrews 11:1 talks about, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. So, we need to hope in God, and we need to allow the substance of what we are hoping for materialize and manifest in God's timing.As we trust God, and as we believe God's Word, we stand, no matter how long it takes, because timing is just a relative thing. But in eternity, your faith is what matters. As you walk by faith and not by sight, you hunger and thirst after more of God's Kingdom and more of His Righteousness. As you are obedient, you prove yourself to God that you love Him. Jesus said, if you love me, keep my commandments. So, we are to love God, by doing what He said in His Word, in keeping his commandments, not just the literal 10 Commandments, which is important to do, but not in just keeping it out of keeping a law, but it should be a lifestyle, a way of living where you love The Lord, your God with all your heart and soul, and you love your neighbor as yourself.And if you do all those things, then you'll keep all those commandments, because everything is summed up in those statements of loving The Lord your God with all your heart and soul, and loving your neighbor as yourself. So, be effective for God, and stop allowing people, things, the world, money, materialism, sin, and anything else keep you from being effective for God. Because when you're ineffective for God, God can't use you at that moment, because you're in rebellion, because you're not doing what God said.You're in sin, and you're separated from God. You have chosen by your disobedience or by your sin to separate yourself from your covenant and your relationship with God. And God is waiting for you to repent of your sins and come back into covenant with Him, so that He can bless you and help you, along your way of your destiny that He has already planned for you.So, stay in alignment and agreement with God's Word and with God's Destiny for your life. It's not about doing good things. It's about doing the good things that God has destined for you and assigned for you to do in life.Many people try to do good things to please God, but they're not being effective for God because they're not doing what God told them particularly to do. Your assignment is not the same as another person's assignment. So, don't try to emulate another person, and hope that because they're righteous, you'll be righteous.But instead, find the unique calling and destiny God has for you. Do not allow anything to make you ineffective for God, but choose each day to glorify God and to enjoy him forever. It's up to you. Your life is the sum of your choices. So, make good choices every moment of every day, that glorify God and reflect back on him in a positive way. Let other people see your good works.Not earning anything by your works, but your good works should be a natural outcropping of your love for God and of your relationship with God. And as you walk fulfilling your destiny, that God planned for you long ago, as you're obedient, other people will delight in seeing your obedience, and they will be drawn to God, because your testimony goes forth and they will see something different, something unique about you. You will not be like the world.You will not be ineffective for God, but they will see that you are effective in your high calling in Christ Jesus, and that you're accomplishing much for God's Kingdom, and they will want it as well. So, delight yourself in The Lord. Stop being ineffective for God.Don't let anything keep you from your destiny. No distractions, no deception, no lies, but instead put God's Perfect Word above all things, and trust in His Word. Honor God with every moment of every day.You have a very special covenant relationship with God, and it's up to you to maintain it, and to walk in the joy that it brings, as a child of God.
