024: Not Everything Is About You

Welcome back, fam! The top of this episode is a different than the usual Love is Blind and Bravo drama chat. There are acts of terror happening on innocent civilians and children and I wanted to talk about the power of media, stance on humanity and an gentle reminder to take care of your mental health during this time of heavy scrolling. Then I gave a power punch pep talk (say that ten times fast) about how we often times take things personal that really have nothing to do with us. Thesemight be social media posts, or off handed comments from a friend, or meeting at work etc. they may at times hold truth but are more often than not are an opportunity to reflect and check in with ourselves and get to know ourselves better. Take care of yourself, and take care of one another. Shake your ass, GO BE GREAT!
