024 - [PEP TALK] - Build your Business Better by asking your these Questions

from Crush the Rush™: The Female Entrepreneur Podcast for Sustainable Business Growth · host Holly Haynes

Ready for your PEP TALK? This week I am sharing 3 questions you can ask yourself when you start to feel overwhelmed and want to make progress in your business. YOU DON'T NEED MORE TIME. YOU NEED MORE FOCUS.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1. What are you doing for yourself? Serve yourself first to serve others. In the end you will be able to help others more.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀2. What are your "business" hours? Stick to them. (i.e. set a timer) Put your priority tasks first, get em done, and then move on. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀3. Are the "busy" tasks you are doing to help you reach your goal? (i.e. income producing?) or just making you feel good about crossing it off the list?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀So when you get ready to set your alarm for a few minutes earlier to "work", make sure you are working on the right things!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀How did your routine go today? Do you find yourself feeling like your day is running you? Or are you running your day?CRUSH YOUR MONTH PLAYBOOK!As an exclusive offer to all my podcast listeners, I am excited to introduce the "CRUSH YOUR MONTH" playbook!GET YOUR PLAYBOOK HERE!What if you could say goodbye to overwhelm for good with a monthly system that will save you time, give you freedom and flexibility AND help you hit those business goals? In about 30 minutes each month you will be setup for success with a clear vision, goals, tactical steps to implement and a plan to keep you accountable.
