I talk specifically about:  Making the most of the season  Understanding your circle of influence Embracing nostalgia  Ways to help yourself and others  And tooooons of ideas to make your holiday season festive and bright!  The single most important thing about this holiday season is recognizing how much we all need love + joy right now. There could literally be nothing more important.
