Today's guest is China-based producer / production manager Natacha Devillers.  She talks about the challenges of producing her own projects in China today.  She reveals the challenge of expensive Chinese writers and China's financing dilemma. Natacha has been in China for over 15 years. She's seen the film industry rise and fall and is confident it will rise again.
