Tess is a transformational breathwork coach who also specializes in SRI, which stands for Somato Respiratory Integration.  She began facilitating breathwork classes after going through her own healing journey and currently focuses on shadow work, ego work, and inner child work.  We cover a variety of holistic healing topics, including dealing with anxiety, connecting with the body, shadow work, and conscious relationships.
