We all go through phases where we feel like we should act or speak a certain way to avoid offending someone. But living in a period when opinions matter more than authenticity and trends try to shape our identity is a specially crucial time to stay true to ourselves.  When we own our identity, we are empowered to do great things. We know who we are and what we stand for. We don't shy away from our quirks and flaws, rather, we embrace them because they make us unique. We become a force to be reckoned with and we don't need the approval of others to feel good about ourselves. But showing up our true selves is never easy. If it is, then everybody will be doing it. So, how do we go about owning our identity? This week, I got to sit down with business advisor, author, and speaker Steven Kuhn and his partner, Olga.
