#026 - Mental Mastery: How to Take Back Control of Your Life with Jim Fortin

from Be a Better Lawyer with Dina Cataldo

How do you show up in your life every day? Do you feel like you're at your best? That you're contributing the way that you're meant to? Do you feel like you're making the decisions and shifts that you need to make to live the life you really want? Jim Fortin leads Transformational Coaching which changes your thought process fundamentally. After taking his group coaching course, I've made bigger leaps of faith in my life this year than I have in quite some time. I talk more about what I've learned from him in the podcast. Every one of us needs a coach. Having someone draw out your thoughts with questions and really hear the words you're using is transformational. A coach acts as a mirror and allow you to see where you may be holding yourself back, where your thoughts aren't serving you, as well as other blind spots. Bringing light to these areas is necessary to make positive change. That's why I'm so lit up by the opportunity to coach people in my own practice.
