028: How I built balance into my life as a solo business owner

In light of the new name of the podcast, I thought it would be fitting to share a few things that I’ve done to build more balance into my life as a business owner. And you can implement these 5 ideas if they resonate with you, too! As I share these things with you, I want you to know that these are things I do strive to practice as much as possible, but I of course don’t get them “right” all the time. And that’s ok. Being intentional part-time feels better to me than how my life would look if I wasn’t being more intentional. I mean, I know from experience!
