#029 – Can Your Business Run Without You?

Something happens. You can't be fully engaged in running your business. You must drop practically everything and shift your focus. What will happen to your business? Can it run without you? Running a small business certainly has its advantages. However, for some, running their business makes them feel trapped because they feel they can't get away or they don't feel like they have help. They continue to do everything themselves, become burnt out, even miserable in their own business. It doesn't have to be that way. A few weeks ago, I had to drop everything and shift my focus to family and healing. My world came to a stop, but my business didn't have to. I could dramatically scale back what I needed to do and not have to close my business completely. How?
