Yancy Culp stops by to talk about training for World's Toughest Mudder. Yancy trains many of the top athletes in OCR and Tough Mudder, including Morgan Mckay, Allison Tai, Glenn Racz, Matt Novakovich, and Rose Wetzel. Yancy has reached 50 miles both times he ran World's Toughest Mudder and talks about how to train to reach that goal for yourself. This is the first part of our conversation.
