Don McLean is celebrating the 50 year anniversary of the hit AMERICAN PIE, by going on the road. He sat down with Lubie to talk about how shocked he was the manuscript behind the song sold for well over $1,000,000. They also discuss just how popular the song has been through the years.  Plus Don admits he has no issues with making lucrative amounts of money for the use of the classic.  McLean also details how the hit has brought him back to the spotlight, he had thought had long since forgotten about him.
