Adam Richman was Yale educated, he wanted to be an actor who also happened to have a fine sense of food.  Well Adam combined all his passions to become one of the most well known food critics.  He has been beloved for eating interesting food, and loads of it.  Now Adam has a new show on the History Channel, "Adam Eats the 80's"! Adam joins After Hours to discuss how he got into the food critic game.  He also talks about his new show, how did it come about, and what can we expect from the new History Channel program. They all talk about some of their favorite food items then AND now!
