Parrish, Jr. With over 24 years of experience in construction management, William Parrish has consistently coordinated and delivered large-scale, multi-stage construction projects where success depends on the balance of community stakeholders, civic representation and technical staff. William started NobleStrategy as a one-man consultancy in 2002 while working full time. He quit his day job in 2005, and within a year forged strategic partnerships and won several state agency contracts for construction management, based on his knowledge and relationships.
