Accountability is a tough pill for 98% of the entrepreneurial population to swallow. That’s why most entrepreneurs don’t make it. They simply are unwilling to hold themselves as well as their co workers accountable for their actions. Most people fear accountability. They don’t want anyone to point out their wrongs or shortcomings but what they fail to realize is that those wrongs and shortcomings are the keys to finding out what’s keeping them from their success. When you become painfully accountable to yourself, you expect the same from others. You raise the expectations of everyone around you and you become a force to be reckoned with. This episode will dive into my shortcomings and my downfall when it came to being accountable and it will give you insight of the mindset that I had versus the mindset that I have now.
