Russ is the CEO of Caddy for a Cure that was created to serve the warrior in need and the needs of many through the game of golf. Russ was the former coach and caddy to World Golf Hall of Fame Member Bernhard Langer for nearly 20 years. He also served as the Head Golf Professional at the Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida.  And he is a Life Member of the PGA of America. Russ currently resides in Coral Springs, Florida with his wife Colleen, and daughter Kayla. Kayla is one of the top junior golfers in the country. His son Brandon is also a PGA Member and is professional at the Apawamis Club in Rye, NY.
