030: Suspend Judgment

One of the tools I teach in improv workshops is to suspend judgment. Life is meant to be fun, and filled with bold choices that are uniquely ours, which can be hard to do when we are feeling judged by others OR WORSE, when we are so critical of ourselves that we filter our true selves too much. I’d never say to STOP judgment - we are human! I will encourage you to SUSPEND it before acting any time it’s possible, however.
