Midweek, I like to offer you a thought to shift your mindset, maybe question your beliefs or  simply wake you up.  So my thought for you today is, what are you rushing to get to? Have you ever thought about it? Recently I was making a cup of tea, and I rushed to open the teabag, rushed to fill the kettle, rushed to make breakfast.I didn't even have to go to work that day.  But if I did, Why was I rushing?  When we rush, we're making the next moment more important than the current one. Once I realized what I was doing, I asked myself, Where was I rushing to get to?  You know what? I didn't have an answer.   Moving quickly was simply a habit, an unconscious habit, which was the result of sleepwalking through my day. My Jin Shin Jyutsu healing tip for you today is hold your little finger.
