Their offerings extend from executive coaching to leadership training and corporate retreats, to motivational speaking.  Bill has 25 years of experience in various leadership roles and found his calling in the world of professional coaching. He believes that when people lean into discovering their highest potential, and can then find their true paths, nothing can stop them.  Erika is a professional coach who has 25 years of business experience and training with iPEC, an ICF (International Coaching Federations) accredited training program.
