031: Making a pivot in your business

When you have dedicated months or years of your life pursuing a goal, it can be really tough to pivot and change course...even if deep down you know it's time to do so. There's no playbook for knowing exactly when or how to pivot, but I've had a few conversations about this exact topic lately so I thought I'd share what I've learned from the two points in my own journey where I was faced with the decision to continue on my current course, or pivot and leap into uncharted territory.
