We don't talk about this a lot, but it's true: it can be more difficult to make quality friends after 30. Why? A lot of it's in our head, but there's some actions you can take to make it easier too. I'm sharing the secrets no one shares to making friends after 30. I was inspired to record this after hearing Nicole Walters share her thoughts on making friends. My story is a bit different, so I wanted to share my point of view. I'm single, and I don't have kids, which automatically kicks me out of two big friend-making groups: couples who double date and mom play dates. I'm sharing my tips on creating new quality friendships. Maybe you'll find that you have an amazing friend-in-the-making if you just do this one thing I'll tell you in the podcast.
