031. Spiritual Growth Through Ancient Wisdom - Michael Craft

We were honored to have Michael Craft join us from the Omega Institute. He shares with us the mission and a bit of the history of Omega, and then we dive into his own fascinating story of the home he has found among the practices of meditation, qigong, and tai chi. He shares a profound experience he had as a child which both grounded him (literally and figuratively!) and propelled him into inner exploration primarily via Eastern philosophy and energetic practices. Michael has strongly influenced the development of Omega's mission, workshops, and conferences as their business and program development strategist. He is an experienced trend tracker, copywriter, and author and has also taught successful workshops in tai chi and meditation for many years. Michael has been a practitioner of tai chi chuan, qigong, and mindfulness meditation for more than 30 years. A past program director at Omega and three leading West Coast retreat centers, he currently focuses on Omega's curriculum development. He has also taught popular workshops at Omega for many years. As a lifelong student of shamanism and comparative mythology, he is also the author of Alien Impact, a study of the UFO-alien phenomenon.
