Pamela Des Barres is an author, actress, musician and the world's most famous groupie. She is best know for her memoir, "I'm With The Band" and her associations romantic and otherwise with such titans of rock music as Jimmy Page, Mick Jagger, Keith Moon, Captain Beefheart, Steve Jones, and Frank Zappa, among many others. It's insane. In this episode, she talks about her spiritual life, which includes sitting in an oak grove with Krishnamurti, casting the I Ching with Harry Dean Stanton, seeing giant mantis entities performing energy healing, and a period of writing "I love Paul McCartney" every time she farted.
