We know that most people don't continue on with their New Year resolution, and the reason for that is that they haven't worked on chancing their inner identity. They may want to exercise, but they're still inside the person who doesn't exercise. They may want to work less, but they're still a workaholic at heart. Then there's the people who generate energy from an intense desire who make the change, and they make it last past the first few weeks of the new year. The good news is, we can learn to generate that intense desire to make the changes that are most important to us. In this podcast I'm going to walk you through this thought process to create a resolution that sticks this year and generate that intense desire you actually need to create the results you want.
