Special Guest, Misti Jeter joins the Learn, Lead and Lift Podcast. Misti Jeter is an innovator, founder, philanthropist, wife, mother and survivor. Misti Jeter is the President of BlackPearl Technology & Innovation, and Vice President of BlackPearl Engineering Management and BlackPearl Security. She is the co-founder of five individual BlackPearl companies across North America. Misti has always been a lifelong learner; she has a background in Chemistry and Master's in Engineering Management from Purdue University. Misti has always had a fascination with using science and technology to solve problems. As a cancer survivor, Misti is invested in supporting cancer research and awareness. She is currently on the Executive Board of the American Heart Association Gulf Coast Region.  Misti created Beyond the Bell, a network and sisterhood of post-cancer help and support, focusing especially on heart health after cancer and cancer treatment. Misti is making waves in the area of post-cancer health and pushing boundaries. She is no stranger to adversity and brings a sense of tenacity and determination to all areas of her life. Misti holds the title of America’s Most Beautiful Mrs. Canada 2023 and loves connecting with female leaders through pageantry.
