She covers what personal leadership is and how you can get started on your journey. We then discussed the correlation between your personal growth and your business growth. She then discussed why personal development should be a top priority and how you can get started by doing a life assessment. She then shared her top 3 investments being a coach, a macbook and a membership inside of The CEO Content Club. When asked what she would tell people who wanted to join the club, she said the investment is worth it and that it's the best return of investment for someone who has little time and it takes away the guest work involved making her feel really presidential. She then ended with the one thing she does to prevent her from getting overwhelmed and hitting burnout - mainly journaling which allows her to clear the clutter in her mind.
